Description
Interested in having your group visit Texas A&M University-San Antonio? This walking campus tour will give your group insight into what it means to be a Jaguar with opportunities including:
- Meeting with current students
- Learning about University history and traditions
- Exploring opportunities with departments including the Office of Admissions
- And collecting cool Jaguar swag!
**For your safety and to create a positive on-campus experience, Groups Tours are limited to 50 students/individuals. Have a larger group? Please reach out for more information to see if and how we can accommodate your visit.

- How much time in advance should I schedule the group tour?
Please schedule your campus visit at least one week in advance.
- How do I know what days/times you have available
Group tours are offered on Monday through Fridays at 11:30 am. Groups must register before and will need to turn in the campus agreement form that will be attached to the confirmation email.
- When will I get the confirmation for the group tour I requested?
Once the registration form is complete you are confirmed for your tour, You will receive an email that will include your group tour date & time, parking instructions, safety guidelines and a campus agreement form to be turned in before visiting our campus. You will receive this email 5-7 business days after registering.
- Where do I park and/or where do we meet our Jag Guide for the tour
After you register you will receive and email that will include where to meet your Jag Guide and who you should call in case you are lost or going to be a few minutes late. This email will include all the logistics for your visit.
- How many students can I bring on the tour?
Our group tours are designed to accommodate high school, middle school, and college level of 10 to 50 students. If you are looking to bring more than 50 students, please reach out to the coordinator first. Groups who do not abide by this are subject to having their group tour canceled.
- Is there a fee for group tours
Signing up for a group tour is free but registration is required!
- What if we want students to hear from a specific department or need accommodations?
